Gulf Connexions has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Bahrain who has requested our assistance in their search for a Receptionist to join the team in their new offices. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a corporate environment previously and has the skills to be able to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.  This is a dual role covering both reception and administrative duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Have full responsibility for the day to day operations of the reception area.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Meet and greet all visitors at reception.
  • General administrative and office support duties.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience in a similar roles within a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
