Gulf Connexions currently has an exciting opportunity for a personable and professional Legal Secretary to join a highly reputable law firm based in Bahrain. You will be working closely with the Partner to provide exceptional secretarial and administrate support activities across a range of tasks

 

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and email Management
  • Drafting Contracts
  • Client liaising and management
  • Generation of end of month billing
  • Organizing travel and meetings
  • General administration

 

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ experience working in a legal services environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver under tight time frames.
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills
