Responsibilities  Include :

  • Leads the Leadership Development from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all        phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation
  • Interviews and consults with key stakeholders and SMEs utilizing the ADDIE and SAM models
  • Surveys various training techniques, materials, and commercial offerings to select the most appropriate process for the delivery of training
  • With the support of Instructional Designers, develops written training materials, visual aids, and reference materials, including course                            curriculums
  • Delivers targeted, audience-appropriate instructor-led training sessions
  • Analyzes governing body requirements, codes, and policies, and consults with subject matter experts to design and develop curriculum related          to trainees needs
  • Reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs. Recommends appropriate changes
  • Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand            changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
  • Researches and utilizes the most impactful learning technologies to deliver learning solutions to include social learning
  • Creates subject matter testing instructions manuals, training materials and evaluation processes.
  • Communicates metrics to management teams in order to drive change and reward employees

 

       EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 4 -10years experience in Leadership Development roles
  • Knowledge of learning development applications
  • Ability to learn and master new software applications quickly and thoroughly

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Extensive knowledge of Leadership Development
  • Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint)
  • Translation of technical and process documentation into learning materials
  • Proven history of managing multiple simultaneous projects

 

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of social learning technologies (eg. Confluence)
