HR Generalist- Bahraini National


Gulf Connexions is currently partnering with one of the leading investment companies in Bahrain who are looking to hire a HR Generalist to support the running of the day to day HR operations. Reporting to the Head of HR the successful candidate will be required to work in all aspects of the human recourse department including organizational design, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training and development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of general HR services and activities.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR strategies in relation to recruitment and talent attraction.
  • Develop internal and external talent pools to support the company’s recruitment and succession planning requirements.
  • Cover all onboarding activities for new staff.
  • Reviewing and advising on HR policies and processes across the business.
  • Ensuring the most effective use of human recourses to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Develop and support a high performing work culture across the business.


  • Minimum of 5 years proven generalist Human Recourses experience preferably with experience working within the financial sector.
  • Degree qualified in Human Recourse Management or a relevant field.
  • CIPD qualified candidates are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Expert knowledge with Bahrain labor law, LMRA, Gosi and immigration processes.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
