Our client a leading insurance company is looking to appoint a Head of Broker Relations to be based in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring cohesive and comprehensive relationships for the broker accounts across the GCC as well as providing supervision and leadership to the Client Services Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Corporate Healthcare or Employee Benefits. The ability and desire to take ownership of the function is instrumental to success in this role.


 Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the delivery of services with an eye towards developing and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Responsible for liasing and providing a high level of service to the brokers and clients with the aim of developing the portfolio.
  • Support the distribution management in the broker chanel
  • Remain alert to identifying new business opportunities



  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager covering the Broker Chanel of which at least the last 4 years must be in the UAE               market.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration of equivalent.
  • Must have experience in Employee Benefits/Corporate Healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and deliver results.
  • UAE experience is mandatory
