Gulf Connexions has been mandated to support the business who are a leading managed solutions provider for businesses across  the GCC as well as international markets offering advanced Information Technology services and solutions. 

This new mandate is exclusively for Gulf Connexions and we are looking to identify a highly capable senior finance individual who can join with the designation of Chief Financial Officer position. The successful candidate will find this role challenging by joining the established operation within a highly competitive market that ecompasses shifting challenges. This leadership position will require the incumbent to act as the champion of strong financial discipline as well as develop and expand the local finance team.

If you are a qualified CFO or Group Financial Controller with strong experience and exposure in overseeing the day-to-day operations and can carry the responisibiltity of advising on important financial matters in Board meetings then this opportunity could be for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze change and advise accordingly; 
  • Researches and reports on factors influencing business performance; 
  • Analyzes competitors and market trends; 
  • Provides expert analysis on all matters of potential financial impact under relevant business activities particularly in costing, profitability, product lines evaluation, cash generations and ideal utilization of funds
  • Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; 
  • Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; 
  • Manages a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; 
  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of entire accounts department & monthly closing of accounts.
  • Liaises with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; 
  • Develops external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.
  • Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Arranges new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities. 


  • 15+ years professional experience with at least the last 7 years in a financial leadership role  with strong exposure to the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 100 staff.
  • M&A experience is preferred .
  • Background in business planning & analysis, preferred 
  • Information technology, telecoms or financial services background is preferable.
