As part of the Corporate Sales Team, the successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced and target driven environment where they will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts with our clients.
To be successful in this role as an individual you should enjoy working independently as well as be someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit and is highly motivated to exceed targets and set KPI’s.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting for new clients and evaluating their needs.
- Develops and manages a proactive and organized sales process and pipeline, and track achievements against strategic objectives and set business plans.
- Use a variety of communication channels and methods effectively to initiate contact with prospect clients.
- Manage client relationships across the entire lifecycle.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies within Bahrain.
- Conduct product presentations to prospect clients.
- Attend career fairs.
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our services.
- Preparing reports for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Bachelor’s degree qualified in any discipline.
- Proven work experience as a Business Developer.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in social media/social-selling applications, particularly LinkedIn.
- Must be highly motivated, flexible and service-orientated.
- Candidate must be a fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
