VP of Private Banking, UAE
Our client, a leading international financial institution is seeking a VP of Private Banking to join its Dubai operations. The candidate has to solicit, develop, manage, and retain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals in the region and work towards maximizing income by understanding client requirements and increasing the penetration of products to the customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Provide clients with solutions tailor-made to meet their individual investment needs.
• Use sound judgment in determining potential clients/deals to balance risk and reward.
• Customize investment solutions and identify opportunities in the various asset classes.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory, legal and governmental regulations.
• Provide product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-selling and closing deals across all products.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters degree and/or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within private banking and a strong sales / business development experience in the GCC, is essential.
• Knowledge of credit process, reading balance sheet and assessing risks as well as a proven track record of successful revenue generation, selling and closing deals.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic is essential.
