Elite Banking Manager, Bahrain
Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for an Elite Banking Manager to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve stated budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance guidelines.
• Develop sales strategy and training programmes for the team to achieve targets.
• Provide support to sales teams with respect to sales and relationship management efforts.
• Monitor the sales and business development performance and ensure proper service standards.

Requirements:
• Degree from a recognized university, ideally, MBA with Banking and Finance.
• At least 10 years of Corporate/ Private Banking experience in a leading Regional/ International institution in the GCC, of which 3 years must be in a managerial position.
• Excellent sales and relationship management skills as well as fluency in English and Arabic.
