Tax Compliance Managers / Specialists, Saudi Arabia
Our global client requires a number of Business Tax Compliance Managers / Specialists to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate has to combine the company’s standard global compliance process and tools with the local compliance and accounting experience to provide clients visibility and control of their domestic and/or global compliance and reporting requirements. The incumbent will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and make sure that the work delivered to the client is of high quality. As part of this, youll anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Build strong internal relationships within the business tax compliance team and across other services.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training business tax compliance professionals.
• Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.

Requirements:
• Relevant public accounting or industry experience, ideally in KSA plus Accounting qualification.
• Ability to apply global compliance process and tools as well as Quality & Risk Management procedures.
• Commercial, legislative and industry knowledge.
