Transaction Real Estate Manager, Saudi Arabia
Our client, a leading global consultancy is looking for a Transaction Real Estate Manager to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate has to prepare and assume responsibility for proposals as well as fee and expense budgets. These engagement responsibilities will relate to strategic real estate advisory services, transaction support, asset management, project management, mergers & acquisition (M&A).
Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term successful relationships within client organizations.
• Improve methods and procedures and implement them effectively within the team.
• Perform quality reviews, prepare reports, presentations and summaries of memos.
• Perform detailed reviews of the working papers prepared by consultants and other senior consultants.
• Assume control and design activities for the clients and conduct final meetings with the clients in cooperation with the partners.
Requirements:
• Big 4 / Industry experience.
• MBA or industry specific degree & qualification (hospitality, real estate or finance).
• Candidate must have good network of clients in the GCC; have exceptional business development/ relationship management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of transaction support services (due diligence & feasibility studies), asset management, M&A and transaction advisory.
