Associate Director of Valuation, Bahrain

Our client, a Middle East based real estate firm is looking for an Associate Director of Valuation to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to support the implementation of the business plans through managing and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Manage client’s assignments.
• Manage people and teams and application of change management.
• Ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions.
• Update team members with rules and regulations of current legislation and case law.
• Financial acumen and budget management as well as fulfill revenue and profit targets.
• Conduct pitches and presentations in order to network and build relationships internally and externally.

Requirements:
• Degree level in economics, planning or any related discipline.
• Must have diploma with professional body-RICS and a member of RICS professional body.
• In-depth market and local knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Presentation, negotiation, teamwork and project management skills.
• Knowledge of IT industry specific packages (i.e. Circle, Developer, Grail, etc).
• Familiar with MS Office application packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet.
