COO/LDS: Chief Operating Officer, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing is currently in search of an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join its expanding team in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with manufacturing plans, goals and future product innovations.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational mission.
• Long term planning, including undertaking initiative geared toward achieving operational excellence.
• Analyze business processes for new opportunities across supply chain management provide recommendations on logistics planning, market and industry trends.

Requirements:
• Tertiary degree in Business Management is a preference.
• At least 8-10 years within Operations Management in a high-volume industrial manufacturing environment in the GCC.
• Apt in production planning / scheduling requirements and implementing inventories control.
