FA/SMD: Financial Analyst, Qatar

Our client, which provides real estate development and management services is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its growing team in Qatar.  The incumbent will be part of the finance team reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst.  The main duties will involve financial planning, budgeting and conducting feasibility studies.

Responsibilities:
• Define performance plans for short and long range corporate business goals.
• Prepare in-depth financial and operational analysis of periodic financial results.
• Evaluate guidelines for capital allocation, revenue planning and capital allocation process.
• Analyze and interpret data for complex financial projects / subjects such as planning, formulating and conducting financial studies.
• Review financial performance evaluation process and perform in-depth financial analysis of the business’ position and provide recommendations to appropriate authority.

Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in accounting and finance.
• Over 5 years of experience in the corporate finance division of a large real estate company in the GCC.
• Experience with EstateMaster, Argus and Bespoke financial models for Real Estate Companies.
• Experience with financial concepts, management reporting and business analysis.
