PDC/TA: Property Development Consultant, Qatar
Our client, which provides real estate development and management services is looking to appoint a Property Consultant for its expanding team in Qatar.    The main duties of this key role as part of the real estate development team would include performing valuations, and market research / feasibility.

Responsibilities:
• Initial due diligence / feasibility screening of primarily real estate investment and development opportunities.
• Advisory services based on market experience in drafting legal documents such as lease contract / sales purchase agreements.
• Supervision of the research team in data collation and data analysis of large amounts of market data relating to specific projects.
• Perform valuation analysis for diverse property types including vacant land, commercial, residential, hotel and retail properties.
• Commercial and financial analysis of development opportunities, including the appraisal of the projects based on KPI such as IRR, development margin and payback period.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Property, Urban Land Economics or Finance related) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an analytical role gained either as an Associate at a top real estate consultancy/developer, ideally in the GCC.
• Experience using Argus and Estate Master Software.
