MREPM/MS: Manager of Real Estate Project Management, Kuwait

Our client, an engineering consultancy firm is looking for a Manager of Real Estate Project Management to join its team in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
• Overlook project specific news and activity and have meaningful interaction with builders.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure that all costs are in conformance with the project budget.
• Maintenance of all construction records in coordination with lawyers, valuation consultants and architects.
• Ensure that contractors perform necessary tests and comply with regulatory requirements for all the projects.
• Complete post-construction requirements for occupancy, including any necessary certificates, inspections and insurance confirmation.

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of similar experience in an engineering firm in the GCC.
