COM/MS: Card Operations Manager, Kuwait

Our client. a Middle East based bank is looking for a Card Operations Manager to join its team in Kuwait. Though our client is primarily looking for Kuwaiti nationals, competent candidates of other nationalities with Kuwaiti experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
Report and recommend any changes on the card operation policy and procedures.
Provide statistical reports to the management on a periodic basis and as and when required.
Monitor all new applications, renewals and dispatch to ensure the customer satisfaction is at its best.
Comply with Basel II and anti-money laundering policies to minimize the error ratios and customer frauds.
Manage and control all card maintenance requests like expiration, pin number, address modification, fraud and loss.
 
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Financial Management.
At least 5 – 8 years in banking preferably in credit administration / collections / credit cards divisions in the GCC.
